1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Maestri, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License to Use

Evercraft Labs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Maestri in accordance with these terms. The free version includes all features with one workspace. The Pro version unlocks unlimited workspaces with a one-time payment.

4. Third-Party Tools

Maestri allows you to run third-party command-line tools (such as Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, etc.) within terminal sessions. These tools are installed and operated by you. Evercraft Labs is not responsible for the behavior, output, or data practices of third-party tools.

5. Payments and Licensing

Maestri Pro purchases are processed by Stripe. The Pro version is a one-time payment with a 7-day free trial. The license key is valid for a single user and is non-transferable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Maestri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Evercraft Labs does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free. Coding agents and AI tools may produce inaccurate outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evercraft Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Maestri.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Maestri after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
